Family First Homecare documents on all services. This helps with showing the areas they may struggle in and finding new ways of assisting. We, of course, keep everything safe and secure as well as confidential. Documentation is important for when communicating with doctors, pharmacist, representatives/relative and changes in level of care. Documenting also shows actions taken to ensure continuous and consistent care along with other instrumental activities of daily living.
When working with your family member or friend we want to always ensure they are getting the best care possible. So, that's why we offer the services of communicating with physicians, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other resources that are needed.
As much as family tries to do all these things to help their loved ones, eventually there's a burnout phase. Family First is here to help manage those things. Most of all, things such as doctors appointments, setting them up and giving transportation. And, communicating with your family members and physicians on any changes that may be needed. Lastly, whether it is a change in medication or diet, we at FFH work as a team putting your loved one first.
